This is my client demonstrating her shoulder mobilities 13 weeks after her large isolated labrum tears surgery.
The primary purpose of sharing this video is to illustrates how proper corrective therapy /Sports Medicine could make significant difference recovery and gaining full range of motions
Generally, with a Labrum tear…20-30%. With removal of califications. Medium to large tears in external rotation preoperatively and to gain a full ROM (range of motion) 6 months postoperatively, with resolution of the difference at 1 year follow-up.
If you are dealing with shoulder pains currently, corrective training will help distress your joints & keep them safe so you can enjoy your activities you love doing.
