Common Stiff-legged Deadlift Mistakes

– Lack of extensions through the Thoracic spine

– Bending forward instead of pushing the hips back.

– Not keeping the chest up.

– Not focusing on keeping tension on the hamstrings.

– Focused too much on depth of the movement.
